Pump Staging and Control for Efficiency in Design

ThermPro has embraced the modern design methods of speed based pump staging to increase overall system efficiency. While these methods have traditionally had significantly higher base cost, savings can be found over the life of the project with reduced energy costs, reduced maintenance, improved reliability, and improved base performance. The drive for improved costs and performance has made a significant impact on the cost of equipment needed to achieve this performance. High efficiency pump staging strategies are now an easily affordable option from the beginning of a project and will yield dividends down the road.

Improved Controls and Systems Integration

Project scope for improved controls can range from a modest upgrade to an aquastat system, to a fully integrated BMS system with hundreds of control points and sensors. ThermPro recognizes that there are clients and systems out there that can benefit from improved controls, but may not need the entire overhaul that more robust systems may offer. We can utilize stock controllers, or build custom controllers, to tailor designs around your needs, while maintaining scope, and cost, requirements.
